3. Local Storage

The App uses local storage (such as Apple's UserDefaults or @AppStorage) to save your progress, such as whether you have completed the onboarding screen, your interactions, and your preferences. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. If you delete the app, this local data may be deleted as well.

4. Third-Party Services

Cellumina does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising networks. The only data collected is what you explicitly opt-in to share with Apple via iOS crash reporting and App Analytics. You can manage these settings directly in your device's Settings app under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

5. AI Features and Apple Intelligence

Cellumina features an integrated AI Tutor powered directly by Apple's native Foundation Models framework. All AI processing is handled locally on your device or securely through Apple's infrastructure. We do not use third-party AI APIs, and we do not log, record, or store any of your interactions with the AI tutor on our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Cellumina is an educational app that can be used by children. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Because the App does not require user registration or internet connectivity to function, no child's personal information is collected by us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
